Information on the processing of personal data (pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016).

I TECH s.r.l. pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 informs that:

The personal data provided are collected for operational, commercial, promotional and marketing purposes, for analysis and statistics aimed at monitoring the degree of customer satisfaction, as well as to communicate by telephone or in writing (letters, e-mail) advertising material, including automated systems, commercial and/or promotional news of I TECH s.r.l.’s products and services;

• The data processed are exclusively personal data related to the subject who accesses the site or requests a commercial contact of I TECH s.r.l.
• No further processing of special categories of personal data is envisaged (Art. 9 of the EU Regulation);
• These data may be communicated to the internal data processors designated for data processing, to marketing representatives of I TECH s.r.l.
• The data collected will be processed by electronic or automated, computer and telematic means, or by manual processing with logics strictly related to the purposes for which the personal data were collected and, in any case, so as to guarantee the safety of the same. The processing of data will have the duration of the business activities provided, plus 10 years in order to meet the legal and tax requirements;
• The fundamental rights of the data subject are specified in artt. 15 (access), 16 (rectification), 17 (right to be forgotten) and 18 (processing restriction) of EU Regulation 679/2016. To exercise your rights, the data subject may send a request to the controller who will inform him of receipt and will follow up on his request within 72 working hours. Pursuant to art. 19, the requests relating to the rights referred to in art. 16, 17 and 18 will be transmitted by the Data Controller to the recipients indicated above;

• The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority;
• Failure to provide data for the purposes indicated will prevent the Owner from managing the commercial activities requested, as well as sending communications and newsletters for the specific areas of work of I TECH s.r.l.
